I created the video above because many people think they can simply speed up this process by adding more exercise. I can only tell you that will hurt your progress.

Others think they will whither away if they don’t have weight training (this was me!). Yes, you’re going to lose a little muscle if you don’t lift weights, but your body needs a rest from throwing that weight around. Once you get back into lifting in a few months, those muscles will pop back up but look even cleaner, since they won’t be covered in that layer of adipose tissue.

Trust my advice, I had the same concerns and didn’t start seeing the results until I actually followed through with how the program was designed. You will thank me later!
