We need to start thinking of food differently. I’m not sure about you, but I always thought of food as my reward for doing something good when I was younger. We’re not talking good food either, you don’t get to 270 pounds like I did by accident.

When you realize how intimate a relationship we have with food, that it BECOMES you, hopefully you’ll think twice about what you eat. Sometimes just changing our mindset, can be all we need to implement changes.
