I’d like to talk about how to maximize your results, when it comes to focusing on your daily exercise. We all know nutrition is important, but so is how much you exercise.
If you’ve watched the video above, you know it’s not only important to get your daily workout in, but it’s equally important to get (and keep) moving. If you put in 100% effort in your garage (hey, it’s where I workout) and then sit around all day, you really aren’t maximizing your potential. I’m not just talking about burning calories either. Yes, that’s important too, but keeping that blood flow moving throughout your body is important too.
The type of activity tracker you see me wearing in the video is a Polar Loop. I love Polar products because they last forever and are made with quality in mind. There are plenty of others out there, find the one that works best for you. I love my loop, because I also purchased a heart rate monitor to track my workouts and it can connect with it to exchange information. Remember, it’s not just one thing or the other you want to focus on, it’s doing both each and every day.
Get that activity level up however you do it, and remember to stay safe out there.
