After watching this video, I hope you’ve figured out that sometimes you’re hungry because it’s just a habit. Sometimes it’s because you’re thirsty. Sometimes you lack nutrients. And sometimes, it’s because you’re just hungry!

Each of those I experienced, and I hope the tips I gave you will help you get through those obstacles.
