If you’re looking for an intense challenge, you’ve come to the right place.  This new rendition of Insanity, in my eyes, was made exclusively for First Responders. It’s shorter than the original (only 30 minutes a day), will get your workout done with some awesome intensity, and will get you in to the best cardiovascular shape of your life.  I still remember what it was like chasing a 17 year old suspect at the end of this program, it was like he was standing still.

This program does have a modifier that does the program in a less intense fashion, but the concept is you’re pushing to your MAX.  When you max out, you write down the time so that the next time you do that workout, you try and beat your last time by at least one more second.  Basically you’re battling yourself, which is the ONLY person you should be comparing yourself to in the first place.
