I hope that after watching this video, it makes much more sense to you. To recap:
Eat carbs early in the day and before/after your workout. Try not to eat them late at night and then not use the energy.
Eat fat throughout the day, but avoid it immediately before or after the workout.
Eat protein during the entire day, at each meal. Don’t get low, or you muscles will pay for it.
