You would think the number of calories is what would matter the most, at least that’s what I thought. It wasn’t until I learned just how important the micro-nutrients were, that I started to get this health thing under control.  It wasn’t about just reducing the amounts of bad foods I was eating, it was about replacing them with healthier more nutrient dense foods. THAT’S what will give you that 180.
